1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between LUIZA STAR COM SRL (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", "we", or "ilmag.ro") and any person who places an order on the website www.ilmag.ro (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer" or "the Customer").

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The version applicable to your order is the one visible on the site at the moment the order is placed.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is considered concluded when the Seller sends a shipping confirmation email to the Buyer. The automated receipt of the order does not constitute a binding contract, but a confirmation that the order has been received for processing.

3. PRICES AND CURRENCY

  • All prices displayed on the website are in RON and include all applicable taxes (VAT).
  • Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
  • We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors. In such cases, we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.

4. PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment options via Shopify’s secure checkout:

  • Online by Bank Card: (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) processed through a secure payment gateway.
  • Cash on Delivery (Ramurs): Payment made to the courier upon receipt of the package.

5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  • We ship to all addresses within Romania.

  • The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Buyer upon physical possession of the goods.
  • If the package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or sign the courier's report mentioning the damage.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

According to EU and Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • The period: 14 days from the day you or a third party received the product.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging/tags.
  • Refunds: We will refund the full amount (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.

7. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

All products sold by ilmag.ro benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity as per Romanian law.

  • If a product is defective or does not match the description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund.
  • Complaints should be sent to contact@ilmag.ro with photos of the defect and the order number.
